Usually “Splurging” is considered a bad thing. You’re spending money on something you don’t need.
That’s not always true. A few months ago, I was in the market for a new tablet. I decided to go with a Kindle Fire, primarily because I had gift cards built up from different programs. Then, Amazon offered me a discount on Amazon Prime.
