20 Ways To Homeschool Kindergarten For Cheap
We are just starting our first year of homeschooling. It’s been exciting, fun and stressful all at once. Being responsible for your child’s education is hard at times. But paying for it doesn’t need to be difficult. There are countless resources available to help you homeschool Kindergarten for cheap. Or even free!
You can use Easy Peasy as your entire home school curriculum. I’ve been very impressed with how put together it is without being overwhelming. I choose to supplement with additional classes but this is not necessary.
Search for used copies of books to use in your Kindergarten lesson plans. I’ve found that most books are extremely cheap and in relatively good condition. Shipping does take a week or two so plan ahead.
This book is incredible. I recommend this to any parent trying to teach their child to learn how to read.
Emergent readers are a lot of fun for my daughter. She enjoys getting to read a whole book by herself.
Bible Road Trip is a great Bible curriculum for any age.
Educents frequently have different items available for free. Take a peek around. There are many items for purchase as well.
You can find just about anything on Lesson Pathways. History, math, language arts; they have it all.

You need to plan when homeschooling. Donna Young has an extensive collection of printables.
Music lessons for children.
Bob books are a lot of fun. They really help children become confident readers.
There are a lot of free resources within TPT. I’ve found many themed units for Kindergarten
You can also use this curriculum as your entire plan. I pick and choose what I want to use but that’s just me.
The library has so many books on practically every subject. You could plan your entire homeschooling curriculum based on the library if you really wanted too.
I’ve found several textbooks at Goodwill for next to nothing.
Local school district
It’s worth a phone call to your local school district to find out if they offer supplies to homeschooling families. Many districts offer this.
There are quite a few educational YouTube videos.
